WHY SHOULD I FOLLOW?

My nutritional advice has come from many years of toying with and researching a lot of the so-called best diets out there. I have tried them with minimal results and difficult sustainability. From this experience, I have concluded that quality of food from quality sources allows us humans to eat in the way which we were meant.

This ancestral method does not put limits on how much we eat as our bodies were built so that we stop when we are full and eat when we are hungry. You are encouraged to eat to your desire and when you desire to eat. The problem lies in the kinds of foods you put into your body. Keep them clean and avoid the foods in our nutritional eliminations and you may eat all you want.

Following this diet will never be absolute. You pick and choose what you want to follow but understand that you will still get sick and you may not get the results you truly desire. You will begin to heal, may lose some weight, and will start to feel better but with 75% adherence and/or effort, comes 75% results. This holds true with all things in life.

It is easy to follow and will bring supreme results. If you suffer from auto-immunity, ancestral eating can and will heal. This includes such things as diabetes, celiac, etc. Seasonal allergies are no longer an issue, erectile dysfunction or impotency is eliminated, infertility will not be a problem, ADHD seems to disappear in both adults and children, body-fat will melt away, lethargy becomes non-existent, sleep improves, mood enlightens, regularity normalizes, and the list goes on and on.

Our society has been led down a horrible and incorrect path to health where lobbyists decide what is human healthy and where insurance companies hold billions of dollars of stock in the fast food industry. Our big pharma has interest only in providing more and more drugs to treat very avoidable problems through natural eating. These problems cause other problems and thus the need of more and more meds increases.

There is a better and easier way that will save you millions of dollars in health insurance costs and medical bills and prescriptions. You may complain of not being able to afford to follow this diet but consider the alternative over a single lifetime. It is, in my opinion, better to spend hard earned money on proper nutrition and exercise and thus avoid sickness and all that comes with sickness.

I would like you to entertain the idea of a paleolithic diet for the reasons listed above and because it is how we most optimally respond to food. Aren't you tired of being tired? Aren't you tired of being over-weight? Do you not want to perform and produce at your best? These are but a few of the questions I ask and that you should ask yourself. Your intake should be one that improves quality of life and sustains it healthfully. You will feel better, look better, and perform better on the recommendations we provide.

Think about it. How much is too much? How long is too long? Make the decision to better yourself and to return to the life you so deserve. A healthy and vibrant life void of sickness. It's your choice..... It always has been.
