Garage Strength
I've never visited Dane's site (www.garagestrength.com) prior to this day but there is a ton of good information on training and eating, so it has been added to the blogroll. His gym out sources pasture raised beef, poultry, etc. as well as raw, unpasteurized milk. Check out these videos for some great info and ideas on some major foodstuffs that heal and grow the body.
